Inside the raw material area of our heavy forging facility. Steel ingots and billets are identified by heat number and verified before entering the forging process, providing material traceability from incoming material through manufacturing and inspection.
This is where our large rolled rings, shaft forgings, hollow forgings and other custom heavy forgings begin.
With 15,000T and 8,000T forging presses, integrated heat treatment, machining and inspection capabilities, we support engineered and non-standard forgings for heavy equipment, energy, marine and industrial projects.
