Description

Large Diameter Weld Neck Flanges are designed for heavy-duty piping systems, pressure equipment, and large industrial connections where reliable weld transition and structural strength are required. Compared with standard-size flanges, large diameter forged weld neck flanges are typically used in projects involving high flow capacity, large line size, and demanding service conditions.

The tapered hub design helps improve stress distribution between flange and pipe, making this type suitable for applications where welding performance and long-term connection stability are important. These flanges are commonly supplied for oil and gas, petrochemical, offshore, energy, and heavy process industries.

We manufacture large diameter weld neck flanges in forged carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and other project-specified materials. Available standards may include ASME, EN, DIN, JIS, and custom drawing requirements. Products can be supplied as forged blanks, rough machined flanges, or fully machined finished flanges according to customer specifications
