This product is intended as a machining blank for bushings that require forged strength and custom dimensions. It is suitable for bearing-related parts, liner bushings, wear bushings, and heavy support bushings in industrial machinery. By supplying a forged blank rather than a finished bushing, the customer can machine the final bore, outer diameter, grooves, and tolerances to match the actual installation conditions. Sleeve- and bushing-type forgings are often selected when the final part must combine wear resistance, dimensional stock, and enough section strength for heavy support or rotating service. Compared with machining directly from bar or pipe, a forged blank offers a denser base structure and more suitable starting geometry for large non-standard cylindrical parts. It is common for customers to specify bore range, wall section, machining allowance, and delivery condition so that the final sleeve or bushing can be finished according to the actual fit and service environment.
