Cambodia's industrial sector is currently undergoing a rapid transition. With the growth of hydropower plants and garment factories, there is a surging demand for reliable forged pipe section components that can handle high-pressure fluid transport in tropical, high-humidity climates.
Due to the lack of large-scale domestic heavy forging facilities, the local market heavily relies on precision imports. The focus has shifted from basic casting to high-density heavy wall forging to ensure structural integrity in critical infrastructure projects across Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville.
Furthermore, the development of the Special Economic Zones (SEZs) has introduced a need for specialized forged ring and cylinder parts for heavy machinery, requiring materials that resist the accelerated oxidation typical of the Cambodian coastal environment.
