FAQs

  • What types of heavy forgings do you supply?

Ring forgings, shaft forgings, and cylindrical / hollow forgings for EPC, energy, marine, petrochemical and heavy machinery projects. Supply condition can be forged blanks, rough machined parts, or project-specified machining stages.

  • Can you manufacture based on customer drawings?

Yes. We support drawing-based manufacturing and technical clarification for dimensions, machining allowance, heat treatment, inspection scope and documentation requirements.

  • What industries do your forgings serve?

Energy, marine, petrochemical, heavy machinery, process equipment, and other industrial EPC projects.

  • What material grades can you support?

Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and selected duplex grades subject to project specification and manufacturing route.

  • Can you follow project-specific standards and technical requirements?

Yes. We can review project specifications, drawings and ITP/QCP requirements before quotation and production.

  • Do you support third-party inspection?

Yes. We support third-party inspection coordination according to project requirements and hold points.

  • What NDT methods can be included?

UT, MT, PT and PMI can be arranged as specified in the inspection plan (ITP/QCP).

  • How do you ensure traceability?

Through heat/lot identification, marking control and document linkage across material certification, process records, dimensional inspection and NDT reports.

  • Can you provide EN 10204 3.1 certification?

Yes, EN 10204 3.1 material certification (MTC) is available. Additional documentation can be arranged as required.

  • What documents are typically included in a project delivery package?

Depending on project requirements: MTC (EN 10204 3.1), heat treatment records, dimensional inspection reports, NDT reports, marking/traceability list, packing list, and other project-specific files.

  • What information should be included in an RFQ?

Drawing, material grade, quantity, heat treatment requirement, inspection scope (UT/MT/PT/PMI), documentation requirement, delivery condition, and target delivery time.

  • Can you review drawings before formal quotation?

Yes. We can support preliminary technical review to reduce quotation and production mismatches.

  • How is lead time determined?

Lead time depends on part geometry, material, forging route, heat treatment cycle, machining scope, inspection requirements and quantity.

  • Do you support export packing for project shipments?

Yes. Packing can be arranged according to project requirements and transportation conditions, with marking and identification support.
