Who we are
About Yongxinsheng Heavy Industry International
Yongxinsheng Heavy Industry International Co., Limited is the international project execution and engineering coordination arm of Yongxinsheng Heavy Industry Group, a large-scale heavy forging manufacturer headquartered in Shanxi, China.
The Group operates a fully integrated and controlled manufacturing system covering heavy forging, heat treatment, machining, inspection, and final verification. All manufacturing activities are executed within Yongxinsheng-owned facilities, ensuring full process traceability and project-level quality control.
The manufacturing system is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and is approved by China Classification Society (CCS) for relevant products and manufacturing scopes. Yongxinsheng also holds national approvals for special equipment manufacturing and testing, supporting pressure equipment and safety-critical industrial applications.
With 15,000T and 8,000T forging presses and extensive machining capacity, Yongxinsheng specializes in large and non-standard forged components for EPC, energy, marine, and heavy industrial projects.
Yongxinsheng Heavy Industry International serves as the dedicated interface for international projects, responsible for engineering communication, quality documentation, third-party inspection coordination, and global delivery, while manufacturing is performed within the Group’s controlled production system.
Project-grade heavy forgings, executed within a controlled and auditable manufacturing system.
What our customers care about—translated into execution
In heavy forgings, “quality” is judged at the interface between engineering requirements and manufacturing proof. That is why our project coordination focuses on three deliverables that procurement and QA teams can audit quickly:
• A clean traceability chain (part marking → heat/lot → MTC/EN 10204 3.1 → process records → shipment list).
• Inspection evidence aligned to ITP/QCP (dimensional inspection + NDT such as UT/MT/PT/PMI when specified).
• Revision control and document consistency, so drawings and records match without ambiguity.
How we support ring, shaft, and hollow forgings
For rolled ring forging and open die forging, we plan machining allowance around final critical surfaces and distortion risk after heat treatment. For shafts, our emphasis is on straightness, concentricity, and stable machining stock for journals and shoulders. For cylindrical / hollow forgings, the focus shifts to uniform wall thickness, ID/OD concentricity, and NDT coverage that matches risk zones.
Documentation package (typical)
A typical EPC-ready package can include the following items, depending on project requirements:
• EN 10204 3.1 / MTC (and 3.2 when required).
• Heat treatment record and traceability list.
• Dimensional inspection report and marking record.
• NDT reports: UT / MT / PT / PMI (as specified in the ITP/QCP).
• Packing list and shipping documentation supporting identification at site.
As global projects demand more transparent supply chains, we continue to standardize the structure of our project files—so customers can review faster, approve earlier, and reduce the risk of delays at inspection or receiving.
We look forward to partnering with your next project, delivering fully traceable forging solutions—from engineering coordination to final delivery.
